Sending your Ubuntu hostname to your dhcp server

I have no idea why the ubuntu install wouldn't do this automatically, but here it is:

Edit the file /etc/dhcp3/dhclient.conf. The first commented configuration line sets the hostname. Uncomment it (remove the #) then change the hostname. I have found I don't need a fully-qualified name (like is there by default), just the name of the computer itself. The machine I'm on looks like this:
send host-name "myhost";

Save the file, and get dhclient to restart. (Simplest way is just to reboot, but that's a Windows answer so... )
